A-2) By Phone: Call Our Customer Service Department From 9:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, Mon - Fri. To Place Your Order By Phone. Have The Watch Model Number, Quantity, Shipping and Billing Address, and Your Credit Card Number, When Ordering By Phone.

A-3) By Fax: Fax Your Written Order and Credit Card Number (Visa, Master Card & American Express) To 1-(213)-765 -0094. Please Indicate If This Is A New Or Repeat Order. For New Orders, Please Indicate How You Will Be Submitting Your Logo Or Artwork.

Q) WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY ?

A) All American Logo Watch products have a limited one year warranty. Watch movements and batteries are warranted for 3 years. The warranty does not apply to watches that have been abused or modified by the consumer. All custom or branded logo merchandise is subject to final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund.
